Terri is the Team "Mom".  A former teacher, Terri received her real estate license in 1978, is a Broker, GRI & e-PRO certified.  She has been actively involved in residential real estate in the Lake County marketplace since 1981.  Born an raised on Long Island, Terri has taught school in Wyoming, and experienced the facets of relocation herself, having moved her family from Colorado to Bartlett, Illinois, and then up to the Libertyville area.

Kieron is Terri's daughter. and partner in residential real estate endeavors since the early 1990's.  Born in Denver, but for the most part raised in Lake County, Kieron is a graduate of Oak Grove SD 68, Libertyville HSD 128, and the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana.  She and her husband Steve, with their children Meghan and Andrew, and their black lab mix "Galagher" currently reside in Libertyville.   

Steve is Kieron's husband and Terri's son-in-law.  A graduate of Libertyville SD 70, Libertyville HSD 128 and Bradley University, Steve is our business manager, overseeing financials and technology components of the team.

Ginny is one of our Buyer Specialists.  As a long time resident of Lake County, she brings abroad based knowledge of local housing markets to our buyers.  Ginny maintains a high profile within her community of Grayslake where she and her son reside.   

Darlene is the Team's Listing Coordinator/Marketing Manager. Her goal is to keep our sellers informed on feedback as well as coordinating advertising and marketing efforts.  Darlene and her dog, Lady, live in Grayslake.
